Transparency before the mandate: This is how remuneration, contract formation and termination are regulated at Beherzig Realty. We agree the binding terms in writing in each individual case.
Brokerage commission
If a property is successfully brokered, a commission becomes due as agreed in the contract. It is usually calculated as a percentage of the purchase price and is payable once the purchase contract has been concluded.
Advisory fee
Advisory services are billed by time spent or as a flat fee. Payment follows the agreed terms, usually within 30 days of invoicing.
Currency and VAT
All prices are in CHF. Beherzig Realty is not registered in the VAT register, so invoices do not show VAT.
Contract and termination
- Formation: A contract is formed by written confirmation (email or post) after your enquiry has been reviewed. It states the type and scope of services, remuneration and payment terms, duration and special agreements such as exclusivity.
- No side agreements: There are no verbal side agreements; changes require written form.
- Termination: Unless agreed otherwise, either party can terminate the contract with 30 days' notice to the end of a month.

Beherzig brokers and advises. Beherzig gives no warranty for the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the seller; you check all relevant information independently.
